Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available if:

  • Products arrive damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product defect is confirmed
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Products not purchased directly from TAG

3. Process

  • Submit complaint via email or support form
  • Provide photo/video evidence
  • Return item to designated TAG address
  • Refund is processed within 7–14 business days
